Connect Discord and your ARK identity so your items reach the right survivor.
- STEP 01
Sign in with Discord
Select Link my accounts and sign in with the Discord account you want to use for EliteArk. Approve the sign-in on Discord to continue.
- STEP 02
Join an EliteArk server
Launch ARK: Survival Ascended and load into an EliteArk server with your character. Stay connected while you complete the next steps.
Be in-game, not just at the server list. - STEP 03
Find your survivor
On the linking page, enter your ARK character name and select Continue. If more than one match appears, choose the server you're playing on.
Have your EOS ID? Use “Enter EOS ID instead”. - STEP 04
Enter your in-game code
Check ARK for your private 5-digit code. Return to the linking page, enter it and select Verify. When “ARK account verified” appears, you're linked.

A few quick answers to help you get connected.
What is an EOS ID?
It's the identifier ARK uses for your Epic Online Services identity. It is different from your Discord ID. You can link by searching for your character name, or choose “Enter EOS ID instead” if you already know your 32-character EOS ID.
I can't find my character. What should I do?
Make sure your character is loaded into an EliteArk server, then check the spelling of your in-game character name. Use your character name, not your Discord username or tribe name. If you have your EOS ID, try “Enter EOS ID instead” on the linking page.
My verification code hasn't arrived.
Stay connected to the server shown on the linking page and check your in-game messages. Then select “Send new code” and enter the newest code you receive. If you're still stuck, ask EliteArk staff for help.
Do I need to link again every time I play?
No. Sign in with the same Discord account and your verified ARK identity stays linked. You can check it under “ARK character” on your account page. If you need to change a verified identity, contact EliteArk staff.
Where will my items be delivered?
Delivery follows the EliteArk server you're currently playing on, subject to the item's availability. Stay connected when purchasing or claiming. Purchases and claims are unavailable when delivery is turned off for your server or its cluster.
